Feelings!!!!!!!

I am so aware as the feelings come up between Cary and I of how important it is to be real and honest about old suppressed patterns and feelings that are waiting to be expressed and cleared. It was helpful tonight for us both to be so raw and honest about how we were feeling.

At times this process of being real isn't comfortable yet I can see for us it's crucial in keeping the relationship vibrant and real.

For ourselves, transformation takes a real gumption to break through our old patterns.

On a lighter note:

Treatments are going well. Meetings with Dr. Gerber, his assistant Chad and Dr. Huynh all gave positive reports of my progress today.
